When to Steal

Stealing should be strategic, not random:

Good Times to Steal:

Owner appears AFK (away from keyboard)
Owner is far from their base
Base is unlocked
You've scouted an escape route
Server population is low

Bad Times to Steal:

Owner is actively defending
Multiple players are nearby
You haven't upgraded speed
Your own base is unlocked
You don't need that Bubu type

Scouting Phase

Before attempting any theft:
